الوصف الوظيفي
للعمل بشكل وثيق مع إدارة التدقيق الداخلي لتقديم قيمة إلى لجنة التدقيق التابعة
لمجلس الإدارة كمصدر مستقل لتقديم المشورة لتحسين الفعالية والكفاءة داخل URC.
لمساعدة رئيس التدقيق الداخلي وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين في إدارة وظيفة التدقيق
الداخلي في URC من خلال توجيه عمليات تدقيق فعالة ومستمرة وقائمة على المخاطر ،
وفحص مستقل وتقييم وتقييم لجميع أنشطة URC لضمان تنفيذها بشكل احترافي وتهدف إلى
إضافة قيمة وتحسين فعالية الكفاءة التشغيلية وإدارة المخاطر ونظام الرقابة
الداخلية وعملية الحوكمة.
لمساعدة رئيس التدقيق الداخلي وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين في تزويد مجلس الإدارة /
لجنة التدقيق التابعة لمجلس الإدارة بتأكيدات معقولة بأن بيئة الرقابة كافية بما
يكفي لتحقيق أهداف أعمال المنظمة ، وإلا أوصي بإدخال تحسينات على الرقابة.
متطلبات المهارة
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال مع CIA أو CA أو ACCA أو CPA
مهارات قوية في اللغة الإنجليزية واللغة العربية (كتابة وتحدثاً)
مهارات كتابة تقرير التدقيق.
خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن ‎3 سنوات في التدقيق الداخلي ، الأفضلية في صناعة مماثلة
خبرة الصناعة هي ميزة إضافية
خبرة مكتب التدقيق الداخلي هي ميزة إضافية
المسؤوليات
المسؤوليات الاستراتيجية:
يساعد رئيس التدقيق الداخلي في تنفيذ خطة تدقيق إستراتيجية لمدة ‎3 سنوات باستخدام
نهج قائم على المخاطر.
يدعم تنفيذ برامج التدقيق المعدة قبل الشروع في عمليات التدقيق لضمان التنفيذ في
الوقت المناسب وبما يتفق مع برامج التدقيق المتفق عليها.

‎1. Chief Internal Auditor
Job Description
To work closely with the Internal Audit Department to deliver value to the
Board Audit Committee as an independent source of advice to improve
effectiveness and efficiency within URC. To assist the Head of Internal Audit
and other team members in the management of the URC's internal audit function
by directing effective, continuous and risk-based audits, independent
examination, assessment and evaluation of all URC activities to ensure they
are carried out professionally and aim to add value and improve the
effectiveness of operational efficiency, risk management, internal control
system and process governance.
To assist the Head of Internal Audit and other team members in providing the
Board/Board Audit Committee with reasonable assurance that the control
environment is adequate enough to achieve the organization's business
objectives, otherwise recommending improvements to control. skill requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with CIA, CA, ACCA,
or CPA
Strong skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Audit report writing skills.
Minimum of ‎3 years previous experience in internal audit, preference in a
similar industry
Industry experience is an added advantage
Internal audit office experience is an added advantage
responsibilities
Strategic responsibilities:
Assists the Head of Internal Audit in implementing a ‎3-year strategic audit
plan using a risk-based approach.
Supports the implementation of audit programs prepared prior to initiating
audits to ensure timely and consistent implementation of agreed audit
programmes.
