Drafting Letters and Emails
Meeting Notes (to support team members by taking notes and preparing minutes)
Maintain and update To-Do List and reports for internal and external stake
holders.
Calendar coordination (coordinate with team internally regarding pre-tender
meetings and other appointments).
CV preparation and translating documents to support in tender submission
Preparing presentations
Follow up on tasks
Schedule meetings.
المهارات
Excellent communication in English and Arabic( writing and speaking).
Professional in MS office suite.
Market knowledge and experience in similar organization will be preferred.
