1.مساعد مدقق داخلي
دور:
المساعدة في المشاركة في تنفيذ عمليات التدقيق الداخلي في شركة شرق للاستثمار
بهدف تحسين الفعالية والكفاءة ودعم مدير التدقيق الداخلي في توفير قيمة مضافة
للأعمال ولضمان توافق أنشطة التدقيق الداخلي للشركة مع قواعد ولوائح هيئة أسواق

مسؤولية:
· المساعدة في مراقبة الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات التدقيق الداخلي على مستوى
الشركة.
· تخطيط وتنظيم وتوجيه وإجراء عمليات التدقيق لتقييم مدى كفاية الضوابط الداخلية
والامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات واللوائح المعمول بها.

وفعالية العمليات.
· المساعدة في تنفيذ الأنشطة الرئيسية لإدارة التدقيق الداخلي بما في ذلك على
سبيل المثال لا الحصر (تقييم المخاطر وتخطيط التدقيق الداخلي وتنفيذ التدقيق
الداخلي والمتابعة الدورية للتدقيق الداخلي ... إلخ).
· إعداد ومراجعة جميع تقارير التدقيق ومراقبة التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ الإجراءات
التصحيحية لمعالجة الثغرات الرقابية التي تم تحديدها.
· إعداد التقارير للجنة التدقيق التابعة لمجلس الإدارة ومجلس الإدارة (إذا لزم
الأمر) وفقًا للمتطلبات التنظيمية ذات الصلة.
· التوصية / إجراء تحقيقات خاصة (بما في ذلك الحوادث المتعلقة بالاحتيال) بتوجيه
من مدير التدقيق وتنفيذ برنامج التدقيق الداخلي وتحديد نقاط الضعف في الرقابة.
· تقديم المشورة بشأن التطورات المقترحة مثل تطبيقات النظام الجديد أو إعادة
تنظيم العمليات للمساعدة في ضمان تحديد أي مخاطر مرتبطة وتقييمها بشكل صحيح

1.Assistant internal auditor
Role:
Assisting in participating in the implementation of internal audits in Sharq
Investment Company with the aim of improving effectiveness and efficiency and
supporting the internal audit manager in providing added value to the business
and ensuring that the company's internal audit activities comply with the
rules and regulations of the Capital Markets Authority. and industry
standards.
responsible:
Assist in monitoring adherence to internal audit policies and procedures at
the company level.
Plan, organize, direct and conduct audits to assess the adequacy of internal
controls and compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulations.
Provide an objective and evidence-based opinion on all aspects of governance
and the efficiency and effectiveness of internal control systems necessary to

Assist in the implementation of the main activities of the Internal Audit
Department, including but not limited to (risk assessment, internal audit

Prepare reports for the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and the

Recommend/conduct special investigations (including fraud related incidents)
under the direction of the Chief Audit Officer and implement the internal
audit program and identify control weaknesses.
Advising on proposed developments such as new system implementations or
reorganization of operations to help ensure any associated risks are properly
identified and assessed and appropriate controls are in place.
Ensure adherence to the Institute of Internal Auditing Standards regarding
actions taken during the audit.
Keeping abreast of developments in regulatory requirements and international
standards for internal auditing and attending relevant external forums.
