to ensure solar PV systems are operating efficiently and safely. - Identifying
and troubleshooting issues that may arise with solar panels, inverters, or
other components. - Repairing or replacing faulty components and equipment as
needed.
‎3. Electrical Wiring and Circuitry: - Handling electrical wiring and
circuitry to connect solar panels to the electrical grid or storage systems. -
Ensuring proper grounding and adherence to electrical codes and safety
standards.
‎4. Safety and Quality Control: - Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols
to prevent accidents during installation and maintenance procedures. -
Following industry best practices to maintain the quality and reliability of
installed solar systems.
‎5. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintaining detailed records of
installation, maintenance, and repair activities. - Preparing reports on
system performance, issues encountered, and actions taken.
‎6. Customer Interaction: - Communicating with customers to explain the
installation process and system operation. - Addressing customer questions and
concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
‎7. Environmental Considerations: - Ensuring that the installation process and
waste disposal comply with environmental regulations. - Promoting the benefits
of renewable energy and sustainability to customers and the public.
‎8. Continuous Learning: - Staying updated on the latest solar technologies,
installation techniques, and industry trends. - Participating in training
programs and workshops to enhance technical skills.
Skills and Qualifications: -
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or electrical education is a
plus). - Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring principles. - Familiarity
with solar PV technology and components. - Ability to work at heights and in
various weather conditions. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting
skills. - Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment. -
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. - Good
communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
