Job Description:
As a Financial Control Officer you will play a crucial role in assisting the
financial team with financial reporting and budget control. Your key
responsibilities will include:
Designing effective budget models for departments.
Analyzing financial information (e.g., revenues, expenditures, and cash
management) to ensure all operations are within budget.
Supporting the closing process on a monthly and yearly basis.
Presenting annual budgets to senior managers.
Reviewing budget requests for approval.
Forecasting future budget needs.
Analyzing bank statements.
Suggesting spending improvements to increase profits.
Reviewing the company's budget for audits.
Ensuring department managers meet budget submission deadlines.
Handling cash payments within the approved budget.
Recording daily accounting transactions.
Managing assets and internal controls.
Planning and reviewing staff payment requests.
Taking charge of internal controls and monitoring financial imbalances.
Tracking project payments and maintaining records.
Managing procurement payments and maintaining tracking.
Requirements:
2-5 years of overall experience in accounting/finance/banking/investment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage budgets.
Strong report writing and data presentation skills.
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in BA, accounting, or finance.
Professional Experience: 2-5 years or more in a similar position.
Competencies:
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Teamwork.

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
