We are looking for a talented " Senior Marketing Professional. The ideal
candidate must have strong experience in developing and executing marketing
plans and activities.
Role responsibilities
Planning and managing all marketing campaigns and monitoring campaigns and
providing effective analysis.
Identify and evaluate the most effective marketing methods and strategies for
our industry and report results of all marketing campaigns.
Design and implement an overarching marketing plan for our industrial products
brands.
Must be able to have different marketing plans for B2B, B2C, B2G, and export
clients.
Producing creative marketing and promotional materials (Emailers, newspapers,
magazines adverts and working with designers to create these materials).
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing
opportunities.
Implement suitable PR activities to develop and improve our products' brand
awareness in line with the corporate identity as well as will be required to
attend meetings with VIP clients to gather market research and to market our
products on some occasions.
Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the global and local
competitors.
Coordinating trade show activities, developing future e-commerce strategies,
and tracking marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide
recommendations for future marketing promotions.
Responsible for and continuous development of our website and social media
engagement.
Able to lead, manage and develop team members.
المهارات
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
6 + years proven experience.
Excellent communication skills and fully fluent in (English & Arabic). Must be
able to speak & write Kuwaiti dialect.
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience in managing digital marketing activities.
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
