HR Assistant
To provide assistant comprehensive administrative support to the HR
department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. Excellent
communication and organizational skills, strong understanding of HR processes,
and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
About you
Ideally considers candidates with the following:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experienced as an administrative assistant for at least 2 years.
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Knowledgeable in office management systems and procedures.
Authenticity in maintaining confidential information.
Proficient in office management systems and procedures.
Microsoft applications user
Able to communicate in Arabic and English with written and verbal
communication skills.

Treasury Officer
POSITION DESCRIPTION
This incumbent will be responsible to assist in carrying out the Treasury and
General Accounting. Function of the Organization. He/she should be familiar
with payments, audits, invoices, and management. Accounting activities,
including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
✓Carry out daily reporting activities, dealing with banks and assisting the
respective supervisor in
cash and liquidity management.
✓Prepare cash positions daily
✓Assist supervisor to administer inter-company transaction & in preparation of
donor wise and
fund wise report
Costing & Admin. Officer
Responsible for processing, maintaining and analyzing the data used for
costing determinations and financial reports. Work closely with the finance
department to ensure that invoices are coded correctly to jobs so that all
expenses are easy to track. Monitor the materials, labor and other costs
attributed to a job and compare them to the initial budgets and estimates.
· Receives repair orders / job cards from Service Advisors or workshop
controllers
· Performs cost calculation in CarPro system for Labor, Spare Parts, Materials
and consumables used in each repair order
· Prepares all operational service reports, key performance reports, Revenue
reports and submits it to the Service Management on time
