experience in (juices, soft drinks, and water production) and holding a
Diploma / Degree in engineering Stream or Equivalent who is able to:
- Prepare & review the production plan (weekly & daily) with the Plant
manager.
- Responsible for day-to-day production activity (Lines & Utilities) and
control of production staff - manpower
- Follow up IMS & accomplish set goals & objectives efficiencies under the
IMS program.
- Organize maintenance with the maintenance manager and with other staff as
per the maintenance program.
- Liaison with QA Manager. for maintaining product quality.
- Supervise breakdown and implement corrective action as and when required.
- Responsible for implementing GMP in liaison with other staff.
- Coordinate with other managers implementing pest control programs.
- Submit production reports daily after production.
- Maintain production records and manuals.
- Monitor raw materials & coordinate Incoming material inspection with
Logistic staff.
- Assigned as EMS coordinator.
- Knowledge of Production line Operation /Maintenance troubleshooting and
fault finding.
- Responsible for the safe operation of production staff and equipment,
Implementation, and follow-up of safety programs and procedures.

- تنظيم الصيانة مع مدير الصيانة ومع الموظفين الآخرين حسب برنامج الصيانة.
- الاتصال بمدير ضمان الجودة. للحفاظ على جودة المنتج.
- الإشراف على الأعطال وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الاقتضاء.
- مسؤول عن تنفيذ برنامج الرصد العالمي بالتنسيق مع الموظفين الآخرين.
- التنسيق مع المديرين الآخرين لتنفيذ برامج مكافحة الآفات.
- تقديم تقارير الإنتاج يوميا بعد الإنتاج.
- مسك سجلات وكتيبات الإنتاج.
- مراقبة المواد الخام وتنسيق التفتيش على المواد الواردة مع موظفي الخدمات
اللوجستية.
- عين كمنسق EMS.
- معرفة تشغيل خط الإنتاج / استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها واكتشاف الأخطاء.
- مسؤول عن التشغيل الآمن لموظفي ومعدات الإنتاج ، وتنفيذ ومتابعة برامج
وإجراءات السلامة.
