Job Purpose
الهدف من الوظيفة
Maintain a group of buildings, oversee performance of same level on site
staff, ensure implementation of department policies, observe defaults on
property and report to department, guide and lead legal department personnel
during legal procedures
الحفاظ على مجموعة من المباني ، والإشراف على أداء الموظفين بنفس المستوى في
الموقع ، والتأكد من تنفيذ سياسات الإدارة ، ومراقبة التقصير في الممتلكات وتقديم
تقرير إلى الإدارة ، وتوجيه وقيادة موظفي الإدارة القانونية أثناء الإجراءات
القانونية.

Facility Engineer مهندس مرافق
الوصف الوظيفي
To support Facilities management department to the assigned properties for the
hard and soft services. Responsible for the smooth operation of all
mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety equipment, in order to
achieve high quality service for the building and tenants. To ensure sub-
contractors and specialist contractors carry out the planned and reactive
works within assigned buildings.

through setting cost effective procedures and plans
