High degree of accuracy of laboratory testing
Qualifications
Bachelor or higher degree in Coatings Technology or in Chemistry, Polymer
Engineering.
7 to 12 years of proven track record in:
Developing new resins for major industrial clients
Managing the functioning of a resin manufacturing unit
Providing adequate customer service & technical support
Proven ability in developing new technologies from idea phase to successful
commercialization.
Major job responsibilities
Manufacture of new development products in the laboratory.
In process and final product testing on development products.
Performance testing on development products.
Evaluation of new raw material (new or existing from a new supplier).
Evaluation of competitors products.
Batch controlling in the laboratory.
Evaluation of raw materials and finished product.
Quality control on development products.
Skills
