Job Summary:
The van salesman primary objective is to deliver sales fundamentals of
distribution, merchandising, shelving and pricing at the market place for the
assigned territory outlets; thus achieving his section monthly volume & value
set targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Defines and develops his van territory coverage plans per set agreed daily
journey plan.
Implements the GTRC 4 sales fundamentals ; distribution , shelving , pricing
and merchandising per assigned territory
Updates his supervisor with the requested reports accurately and on-time;
i.e., competitive activities, distribution and pricing studies, daily sales
reports. Etc.
Uses and places available point – of sales materials properly and effectively
Ensures the products stored in his van are in good condition and in the
appropriate temperature, and any factor(s) affecting the quality of products
should be reported immediately to his supervisor.

Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Arabic.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Exceptional ability in meeting sales targets.
Extensive experience in negotiating deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Jr. Credit Salesman

Job Summary: The Jr. Credit Salesman is a preparation stage to the
Merchandiser and Van Sales representative to assume the role of a Credit
Salesman, Handles up to 3 retail outlets, assisting the Credit Salesman to
ensure that retail outlets have sufficient stock cover in store for all our
Category lines in distribution, processing orders for the assigned outlets and
follow up on delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieving Value and Volume targets as set from month to month.
Managing spend in trade in coordination with the Sales Supervisor and Credit
Salesman for the assigned outlets.
Manage product freshness through efficient store ordering, and stock rotation
(with the help of Merchandisers).
Ensuring and Tracking On shelf availability and display for all our lines in
distribution by category, according to agreed availability plan and Planogram,
through a process of efficient store ordering, and implementation through
Merchandisers
Implementing Central and local activity efficiently through efficient sell in
100% contractual implementation and reporting any deviations/exceptions
Efficient usage of Point of Sale Material in each of the categories, as
negotiated with the Store and implemented through the Merchandisers.
Ensuring MF/GTRC asset integrity at store level, including maintenance follow
up.
Limit spend on Freshness through efficient store ordering, stock rotation,
freshness actions in advance and reporting of any exceptions.
