Roles and Responsibilities:
Support product development stages including design, samples, approval,
production, and products delivery stages.
Manage day-to-day communication and activities with different stakeholders
including suppliers, manufacturer, logistic companies, wholesalers, PR &
marketing companies, other team members and customers.
Execute day-to-day activities based on priorities set by Creative Director.
Coordinate local events' logistics and set up.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Support product development stages including design, samples, approval,
production, and products delivery stages.
Manage day-to-day communication and activities with different stakeholders
including suppliers, manufacturer, logistic companies, wholesalers, PR &
marketing companies, other team members and customers.
Execute day-to-day activities based on priorities set by Creative Director.
Coordinate local events' logistics and set up.
Maintain updated records/information for all customers, inventories,
influencers and other stakeholders.
Receive and process stock deliveries, prepare product pricing and tagging.
Maintain strong customers relationships and handle all customers' online
requests and complaints.
Provide administrative support such as managing calendars, and scheduling
meetings.

About the job
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level
executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling
meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this
individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any
necessary meeting preparations.
