Service,Sales Advisors,Storekeeper,Operations Manager.
1)Marine Service Advisors
Job responsibilities
•You will be assisting the customers on all their service needs for marine
crafts, equipment and accessories.
•Timely resolution of complaints.
•Document work orders; verify completion with technicians and service team;
follow up promptly on any issues, maintain and manage schedules in a timely
manner.
•Assist relevant stakeholders with follow up calls, during walk-ins, and
technician parts requests.
•Provide assistance to the service team as and when required.
To be successful in this role you will have
•Previous experience in a customer facing role with technical service
preferably in marine industry. Technical background with exposure to service
standards.
•Team player with interpersonal, problem solving, organizing and communication
skills.
•Arabic and English communication skills.

2)Marine Sales Advisors
Job responsibilities
· Help customers make an informed decision regarding their choice to buy a
boat, yacht and/or related accessories across different product lines.
·Make recommendations to customers based on their needs and specifications.
·Complete daily tasks set in our customer management system including
documentation.
·Arrange for delivery, registration, and inspection as required.
Demonstrate products both in the showroom and at off-site displays or trade
shows.
The Successful Candidate will be having:
·Experience in marine product sales, with a track record of achieving sales
targets(team/individual) highly preferred.
·Demonstrated skills in customer following up and prospecting.
·Self-starter with a passion for sales.
·Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, presentable and pleasing
personality.
·Bilingual-English and Arabic communication skills.

3)Store Keeper
Experience as a Store Keeper/Warehouse Assistant.
4)Marine Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced operations manager for our marine division.
Job Summary
This position oversees sales and service of marine portfolio - boats, yachts
,accessories etc.. Will be responsible for the management of the sales and
service team and the overall profitability of the marine division.
As an ideal candidate you will be having
•Experience leading sales and service team in the marine industry
•Experience in driving the division and portfolio towards business success.
•Excellent leadership and time management skills
•Arabic and English communication skills, Arab speakers preferred.
