Receptionist cum Admin Officer with Finance Background
We are a leading contracting company based in Kuwait and currently seeking a
highly competent Receptionist cum Admin Officer with a minimum of two years
experience. Candidates with a finance background will be given preference.
Requirements:
Valid 18 Visa (transferable)
Immediate availability for joining
Proficiency in English language (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities:
Welcoming and greeting visitors, clients, and employees
Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
Handling correspondence, emails, and inquiries
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings
Maintaining office supplies and equipment
Assisting with basic financial tasks, if necessary
Benefits:
Monthly salary of 200 KWD, inclusive of transportation allowance
Bachelor accommodation provided by the company
Weekly day off on Fridays
