Junior IT Technician

We are seeking a Junior IT Technician to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users,
troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and
configuring operating systems and software applications, setting up and
maintaining computer networks, and assisting in the development and
implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
Knowledgeable in networking technologies including LAN, WAN, and VPN
Experienced in installing and configuring operating systems such as Windows
and Linux
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Possess a valid driver's license is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in computer
science or related field preferred.
Posses a Valid Driver's License.
has background in IPBX system and IP Phones.
