Planning all work, tasks and goals to be achieved within the kitchen according
to the nature of work and workplace policies
Implementation of all procedures and objectives to be achieved by working
inside the kitchen in accordance with various operating decisions and
workplace policies
Distribution of roles to all members of the work team and close follow-up of
all types of work, tasks and goals
Leading the entire work team inside the kitchen, solving various problems, and
removing all difficulties that impede the workflow and achieving its goals.
Training, development and selection of all members of the work team in the
kitchen in line with the interest of workflow as well as innovation.

Proven working experience as a Head Chef.
Excellent record of kitchen management.
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
Capable of delegating multiple tasks.
Communication and leadership skills.
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
