3. Should be well versed in handling customer enquiries and complaints
4. Should be well versed with preparation of Online Order Reports.
5. Should have excellent communication skills.
6. Coordinate with logistics, Sales & Store team to ensure timely delivery of
the products.
7. Greet and receive walk-in customers in a welcoming manner.
