Description:
We are seeking an outstanding sales representative to join our specialized
team in selling wholesale coffee beans. If you possess strong sales skills,
have a good understanding of the coffee industry, and excel at building and
nurturing relationships with clients, then we are the perfect company for you!
Responsibilities:
Identify new customers and expand our client base in the wholesale coffee bean
sector.
Analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions to meet their
requirements and achieve their goals.
Build and develop long-term strategic relationships with current and potential
clients.
Provide advice and guidance to clients regarding our range of products and
their benefits.
Manage the entire sales process from start to finish, including preparing
proposals, negotiations, and follow-up on shipments.
Achieve specific sales targets and sustainably increase sales volume.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, ideally within the coffee industry or the food
and beverage sector.
Deep understanding of wholesale coffee bean sales and distribution processes.
Excellent communication skills and exceptional ability to build strong
relationships with clients.
Ability to analyze data and extract strategic insights to improve sales
performance.
Initiative and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Commitment to achieving goals and tasks within set deadlines.
Willingness to travel as required.
