Ecommerce Manager

Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales, increase
customer acquisition, and improve customer retention.
Oversee the end-to-end ecommerce operations, including website management,
product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT,
to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the ecommerce platform.
Conduct regular analysis of sales data, customer behavior, and market trends
to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Monitor and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion
rates through A/B testing, UX/UI improvements, and site optimization
techniques.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email
marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic
and increase conversions.
Manage relationships with external partners, such as payment processors,
shipping providers, and technology vendors, to ensure smooth operations and
optimal performance.
Implement and manage customer segmentation, personalization, and loyalty
programs to enhance customer experience and drive repeat purchases.
Monitor and analyze competitive landscape and industry trends, adapting
strategies and tactics accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Selection of lifestyle and fashion products for an ecommerce platform
operating in Kuwait.
Identify customer preferences and forecast consumer trends.
Evaluate supplier options according to prices, quality etc. and determine the
best choices.
Discover and purchase new products and check the quality and popularity of
those already on our shelves.
Interviews shall be done for selected candidates and training shall be
provided after contract signing.
This is a remote position.
