We are hiring Sales Representatives
Responsibilities
₋ Sales representative has the responsibility to proactively engage customers,
qualifying them and providing correct and useful answers to their questions
relating to products; and to finally ensure that sales are successfully
closed.
₋ Maintain a thorough knowledge of Andalus Electronics products in order to
provide Clients with accurate and solid information.
₋ Guide clients toward the products they have requested in a professional
manner.
₋ Address customer questions and concerns regarding products, prices, and
availability of products.
₋ Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner in order to
maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
₋ Enter new customer details, and process product purchases into the system
while ensuring a high level of information security.
₋ Coordinate with the Direct Manager to provide competitors’ information to
the concerned departments within Andalus Electronics in order to utilize such
information in a profitable manner.
- Perform ad-hoc activities and other duties related to the job as assigned
by Direct Manager.
Educational
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience
Minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience in electronics or related fields.
Terms
- The applicant must have a transferable visa in Kuwait
- Holding driving license (The old version is an advantage)
- Bilingual
