About the job
This is an opportunity for a Western Expat to join a leading international oil
company in Al Aḩmadī, Kuwait on an annual renewable employment contract with
potential for 5-years of employment.
Recruiting worldwide but due to Kuwait visa requirements the position is
limited to Western Expats such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
Competitive Tax-free salary (3,500 KD per month Tax-free)

Min 8 hours per Day excluding lunch break / 5 days a week

Job Description
Advise on all L&D; issues, Competency issues, Learning Systems etc. Work with
Discipline Specialists and SME’s to review & update Competency Frameworks,
Learning Tools, Learning Options, Course Catalogues and Curriculum, aligned to
field requirements.
Provide advice and guidance on the available international qualifications and
the awarding bodies.
Integrate best practice approaches, benchmarking against other NOC’s and IOC’s
Lead the rationalisation of available delivery methods and learning titles
Technician and Graduate programme reviews, updates, and implementation
Implement Training Quality and Competency Assurance systems and methods
Responsible for new learning initiatives recommendation and implementation
Competency tracking and learning tracking initiatives
Work with corporate learning initiatives
Responsible for training material development and review in their area of
operations.
Submit reports as required (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and required training
delivery and/or development data as requested by Line Management or the
client.
