Job Overview
The Rental Operations Incharge is responsible for the maintenance and repair
of EPG rental units in the fleet and adhering to company standard safety
procedures, in order to achieve objectives whilst maintaining highest level of
customer satisfaction. Bears Overall responsibility for fleet management /
operations
Job Responsibilities:
Customer
· Ensure all customer concerns/problems are addressed and resolved amicably
and promptly.
Business Planning
· Contribute to the achievement of Power System Rental Dept. objectives and
targets.
Assets Management
Ensure cleanliness of the Rental units in the field.
Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and utilized effectively.
Ensure that tools and equipments are adequate & well maintained for Field
staff.
