Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Compliance assessment framework
for the company.
Design and delivery of compliance frameworks.
Assist in the deployment and operation of company compliance program including
but not exclusively regulatory change and compliance assessments.
Act as a designated point of contact with local regulatory bodies. Facilitate,
participate, and consult in the execution of the Second Line of Defence
assurance and monitoring programs.
Provide advice, guidance, and training to staff across the business.
Preparation and delivery of Compliance reports. Monitoring developments on
local legal/regulatory websites for potential regulatory compliance
obligations/issues. Assist in ad hoc projects as and when required.
To establish and maintain a constructive and open dialogue with any other
appropriate authorities and to ensure that any regulatory reports or inquiries
are handled appropriately and promptly.
Prepare the appropriate reports for the board demonstrating the continued
effectiveness of the regulatory compliance framework.
Ensure that senior management is kept fully informed of all regulatory matters
and also that any such developments are included within the compliance risk
framework.

Required Graphic Designer
We are looking for innovative and result oriented graphic designer with
creative skills and 2-3 years working experience.
The candidate must be proficient in the below:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere
After Effects
Figma
Candidate should have knowledge in Photo shooting & Video shooting
Should be Fluent in both languages (Arabic & English) and have BA degree or
diploma in designing.
