Course Administrator Vacancy Announcement
Applications are being solicited for the position of Course Administrator at
the International Monetary Fund (IMF)'s Middle East Center for Economics and
Finance (CEF) located in Kuwait. The CEF is a regional training center of the
IMF with a mission to strengthen the skills of officials from Arab League
countries in economics and finance, mainly through training courses and
seminars.
The Center is seeking a "Course Administrator" to carry out administrative
functions related to the organization of training activities and other events
at the CEF.
This is a full-time position with an initial appointment term of two-years
(renewable) and carries a competitive salary and a benefits package
commensurate with the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Bachelor of Arts or Science.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic. Strong problem-solving,
planning, organizing,
and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point,
SharePoint), WebEx, and Zoom. • Agility, drive for results, and ability to
work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
in a multi-cultural environment. • Relevant work experience would be an asset
but not
required.

يجري التماس الطلبات لشغل منصب مدير الدورة في مركز الشرق الأوسط للاقتصاد
والتمويل (CEF) التابع لصندوق النقد الدولي في الكويت.
CEF هو مركز تدريب إقليمي تابع لصندوق النقد الدولي تتمثل مهمته في تعزيز مهارات
المسؤولين من دول جامعة الدول العربية في الاقتصاد والتمويل ، بشكل أساسي من خلال
الدورات التدريبية والندوات.
يسعى المركز للحصول على "مدير دورة" للقيام بالوظائف الإدارية المتعلقة بتنظيم
الأنشطة التدريبية والفعاليات الأخرى في المركز.
هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل مع تعيين مبدئي لمدة عامين (قابلة للتجديد) وتحمل راتبًا
تنافسيًا وحزمة مزايا تتناسب مع خبرة ومؤهلات المرشح الناجح.
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:
• بكالوريوس في الآداب أو العلوم.
• الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثا وكتابة والعربية.
حل مشاكل قوي ، تخطيط ، تنظيم ،
ومهارات الاتصال.
• معرفة جيدة ببرنامج Microsoft Office (Word و Excel و Outlook و Power Point و
SharePoint) و WebEx و Zoom.
• الرشاقة والسعي لتحقيق النتائج والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد
النهائية الضيقة.
مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين والقدرة على بناء علاقات تعاونية في بيئة
متعددة الثقافات.
• خبرة العمل ذات الصلة ستكون أحد الأصول ولكن لا
مطلوب.
