Ladies Health Club in Al Jahra Looking For Female Trainers / Coaches
Fitness Coaching: Provide personalized fitness coaching and training sessions
to individuals or groups within the health club. Assess clients' fitness
levels, set goals, and develop customized workout plans tailored to their
specific needs and objectives.
Exercise Instruction: Demonstrate and instruct clients on the correct
techniques and proper use of exercise equipment. Ensure clients are performing
exercises safely and effectively, offering guidance and corrections as needed.
Goal Setting and Progress Monitoring: Collaborate with clients to establish
realistic fitness goals and track their progress over time. Regularly assess
and evaluate clients' performance, adjusting workout plans and intensity
levels accordingly.
Fitness Assessment: Conduct fitness assessments and evaluations to determine
clients' baseline fitness levels, strengths, weaknesses, and any potential
health concerns. Use assessment results to design individualized fitness
programs.
