Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
Engineering Degree preferably in Automobile / Electrical or equivalent
High proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite of Products
Experience of Active Directory and Exchange System Manager
Experience of Web-based / Distributed Applications & Solutions
Familiarity with common IT problems and their solutions/workaround
Intermediate to high understanding of networking, hardware, software, and
protocols (TCP/IP, VPN etc.)
Previous experience or understanding of Automated Vehicle Location
systems/Driver & Vehicle Performance Management Systems (GPS/GPRS based)
Personal Skills & Competencies
A methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving; ability to
prioritize work and break activities up in general and detailed tasks.
Experienced in project-based work and project management.
