Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
? Educated to Degree level or equivalent, preferably with postgraduate and
professional qualifications.
? 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years managing the customers
directly.
? Plan, implement and manage Sales and Marketing activities in order to meet
company targets for business, growth and profitability.
? Experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to
senior management, other outside partners, and clients.
Position Overview - Role & Responsibilities
? Act as a prime mover for the sales and marketing activities in company’s
objective to establish itself as the leading provider of value-added Training
& Compliance and Location based Services.
? Gaining a clear understanding of customers'''' businesses and their
requirements for the accurate service delivery.
? Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and client
demonstrations.
? Lead the entire process of requirement gathering from prospective customers
to final order by co-coordinating with respective individuals and departments
in the organization.
? Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and
guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
? Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on
industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
? Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal
networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in
professional societies.
