Accountant needed with experience in manufacturing industry
Accountant with experience in manufacturing industry preferably F&B; of ‎3-‎5
years:
Operational Involvement
• Handles all general ledger entries, entering data into the Accounting
System.
• Prepares daily sales invoices, in addition to return and credit notes, to
distributors and franchises.
• Controls and validates distributors’ invoices and payments, and the
corresponding JV entries.
• Controls and validates daily JV entries of supplier invoices as well as
franchises’ invoices.
• Handles return notes from franchises, validates and enters them in the
Accounting System.
• Transacts all accounting entries for Ticket Restaurants, Amex, Visa and
Master Card bank receipts.
• Enters daily sales in the Accounting System with their corresponding bank
receipts.
• Files suppliers’ invoices and effected payments to them.
• Prepares statements of accounts to all franchises once every ‎10 days.
• Reconciles bank statements of account for WB as well as distribution
accounts at the end of each month.
• Maintains records of other assets subject to amortization in sufficient
detail to allow the periodic recording of appropriate amortization.
• Monitors all distributors’ timely payments, making sure they don’t exceed
their credit limit and/or duration.
• Ensures that past due other receivables status is promptly brought to the
attention of the Senior Accountant.
• Provides all requested sales reports for the Senior Accountant.
• Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Report Development & Documentation
• Collaborates closely with the Chief Accountant and other Managerial
Personnel
• Interacts as necessary with outside clients and different department heads.
