We're Looking for Public Relation Coordinator
Job Summary:
The PR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the PR team in planning
and executing public relations activities for the organization. The successful
candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to
detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of PR strategies and plans
Support the PR team in executing media outreach activities, including pitching
stories to journalists, bloggers, and influencers
Conduct research on industry trends, media outlets, and influencers
Monitor media coverage and create reports on coverage results
Maintain and update media lists and editorial calendars
Coordinate and manage press events and activities, including press
conferences, product launches, and media tours
Prepare press materials such as press releases, media alerts, and fact sheets
Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews with executives and
spokespersons
Monitor social media channels and engage with followers
Assist in the management of the organization's crisis communication strategy
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related
field
‎1-‎2 years of experience in public relations or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Knowledge of media monitoring and analysis tools
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in event planning and execution is a plus
