We are looking for an Accountant with a minimum 1-3 years of experience
preferably in real-estate Projects. Should be well versed with MS Office
applications.
Responsible for cash flow management and projection based on rolling
forecasts.
Budget control and cost center allocation of expenses, management and
controlling Financial reporting (monthly P&L;)
Manage project wise expenses
accounts payable and receivable
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Education: Bachelor graduate degree in Finance or Accounting
Requirements:
Presentable & Good communication.
