To ensure that SME/SOHO Acquisition channel is meeting customer excellence
standards while Create a visible step change versus our competition to gain
market share .


Job Responsibility



  • Manage a team of ‎4 agents to work on achieving Net adds, Voice points, solution and accounts targets

  • Managing and distribution Sales according to Territory to maximize opportunities and capture market share as to increase sales YOY

  • Manage Stake holder "Marketing /Activation /any at assigned Task or Project & Spotting and encouraging innovative ideas at teams

  • Minimizing and resolving complaints while train ‎93% Quality sales M3, ‎85 M6 and max ‎7% no network also Training and developing teams to represent and drive Vodafone Digital strategy


Required Criteria



  • Excellent sales skills & Problem solving

  • Reporting, Time management. & presentation skills.

  • Excellent leadership, Negotiation and communication skills.

  • Full awareness about retail structure and related functions

  • Results oriented, self-disciplined and organized.

  • Fluent spoken & written English language.
