Job Description



  • Plans project by studying customer requirements, market demand and competitors' products; identifying and analyzing trends in technology; conferring and collaborating with other members of management.

  • Determines feasibility of projects by identifying and forecasting costs and requirements.

  • Completes projects by directing and approving design and modification activities.

  • Completes engineering projects by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.

  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing the Technical Office budget, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

  • Maintains engineering operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing project, operational and personnel policies and procedures.

  • Keeps engineering database updated by developing information requirement, designing an information system.

  • Maintains project database by entering and backing up data of all projects.

  • Sustains the business by winning proposal on both technical and financial side, ensuring that the growth of the pipeline prospects.

  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related joint results and supporting other members of the team when needed.

  • Maintains professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional. publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

  • Maintains technical office's staff by recruiting, selecting employees, following up on work results.

  • Maintains engineering staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.


Personal Skills



  • Good experience in people management.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Excellent technical report writing skills.

  • Very good command of English.


Technical Skills



  • Very good experience in projects

  • Good budgeting and costing experience.

  • ‎15 years min experience in a MEP field.

  • Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Electrical or
    mechanical.
