Four Seasons Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a Mini Bar
Coordinator who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about
creating the ultimate service experience.
Essential Functions:
1.Stock and replenish private bar items, and compute and relay guest charges
accurately to Front Office.
2. Keep an accurate par if food items such as beverages and snacks, as well
as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in
storage areas.
3. Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage, or
malfunctioning units.
4. Check quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according
to established procedures.
5. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Qualifications:
Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 6 months food service or related work.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to count and record accurately.

Travel required: None
Hours required: Forty hours over a five day period; scheduled
days and times may vary based on need.
