Support Engineering Manager or more senior project engineers in the
implementation of Capex investments or projects from business case and
technical design through to successful on-site execution and commissioning,
including delivery of the best Engineering/Maintenance.

Job location:
You will work onsite and located in Egypt, our site is based in the 6th of
October City, Industrial Zone ‎3.

Report Line:
You will be reporting to the Site Engineering Manager.

Main Responsibilities

Strategy design and execution:
You will contribute to the design of local Engineering strategy by providing
Engineering Manager with project feasibility information
Help design tactical plans and implement related operational goals.

Project management:
Help prepare business cases and related project plans and implement these upon
approval by sponsor(s) and steering committee(s).
Monitor daily aspects of projects including quality of work product, client
communications, budget, schedule, and coordinating technical staff (internal
and external) and run regular reporting to higher management and partners
about project progress.
Work with production, safety and laboratory managers and external specialists
and authorities to create specification sheets, design and detailed plans
respecting all norms and regulations and EHS standards.
Maintain quality control of deliverables, objectivity and clarity, adherence
to project schedules, applicable quality management standards, safety and
security regulations.
Write and compile all required technical reports that summarize results from
tests and feasibility assessments, recommended improvement opportunities,
calculated associated savings, and estimated incentives.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and place orders in collaboration with the
purchasing department.
Support project managers in resource and contingency planning.
Controls contractors on site for the projects managed.
Complete the project plan(s) within approved budget.

Academic Background
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
Plant Engineering or Maintenance Certification.
Project Management Certification.
PRMG Certification

Professional Experience
‎2 to 5years of experience in engineering, including exposure to engineering
projects involving resources from diverse disciplines.

Technical Skills
Good command in TPM, Key performance indicator, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
and project controlling tools.
Good knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines.
Good command in partner management and communications.
Basics of financial concepts (e.g. OPEX, CAPEX) and tools (e.g. SAP) .
