The Role
* Prospect, source, and maintain customers in assigned area. Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets and to project number of contacts to be made. Manage, call upon, and sell service products including spare parts, oils, service plans, fixed pricing repairs, overhauls, service agreements etc. to customers in assigned area. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and as referred by telemarketing activity. Follow up on supplied lists of existing installed base. Establish rapport and maintain regular contact with existing and new customers.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Introduce new products and service upgrades. Research solutions to customer problems. Study customer needs and coordinate prime equipment sales.
* Support or develop any local distributors when they exist. Actively engage in planned prospecting activities geared at increasing the customer base, and continually increase your market share. Maintain customer base, sales activities, opportunities, quotations, and leads daily basis within Cloud for Customer (C4C). Maintain the highest standards of customer service across a service environment.
* job knowledge (for both products and sales/marketing strategies and skills) by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, networking, and participating in professional organizations. Utilize the online Atlas Copco tools and continually work towards personal growth.
* Prepare reports as assigned relative to activity, lost orders, closings, follow-up, and performance against target. Report on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity, including recommendations for product, service, pricing changes and evaluation of competitive developments. Share new prime equipment sales opportunities with relevant Sales Engineer in a timely manner.
* Always maintain a professional image through personal actions and initiatives. Enhance division and Company reputation and brand image by consistently working to implement the Company's core values of commitment, interaction, and innovation. Drive our principles of "First in mind, First in choice." Initiate discussion of terms and conditions.
* Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
* Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
* Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

What we expect of you?
Experience
0-2 years of relevant industrial service sales experience is preferably
Education
Engineering background
Skills
Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational,
interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be proactive and able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility, a
positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Must have a valid driving license.
