Four Seasons Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a Restaurant
Supervisor
who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about
creating the ultimate service experience.


Essential Functions:

‎1.Trains and assist in identifying immediate and long-term need of all
employees.
‎2. Assist with monthly meetings and maintains bulletin boards/communication
logbooks.
‎3. Assist with annual evaluations and task appraisals on a regular basis.
‎4. Motivates staff to achieve ‎100% compliance to F.S.R.N standards.
‎5. Daily supervision of staff to assure smooth and efficient operation.
‎6. Sets the example for all employees in extending hospitality and assuring
guest satisfaction.
‎7. Addresses employee problems in a timely and professional manner.
‎8. Assures ‎100% compliance to all service and product standards.
‎9. Performs daily inspections of front and back of the house areas.
‎10. Carries out daily menu briefings.
‎11. Requisition supplies and equipment necessary to meet business
expectations.
‎12. Assist with development of programs to ensure high level of product
knowledge for all staff.
‎13. Controls staffing levels within labor guidelines.
‎14. Effectively train staff to meet the established product standards.
‎15. Prepares accurate payroll records.
‎16. Constantly strives to minimize wasteful practices and ensure correct
handling of all supplies and equipment.
‎17. Complete knowledge of Micros system.
‎18. Follows accounting procedures in handling of banks, cash daily deposits.
‎19. Participates in beverage inventory for outlet.
‎20. Ensure that cost control measures are followed in beverage area of
department.
‎21. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
