Objective / Purpose of the Department:
Deliver a quality consulting, deployment, implementation and support services.
Job Objectives:
* Deliver enterprise productivity projects and high quality deliverables.
* Provide second level of support for the implemented solutions.
Functional Relationships:
* PMO.
* Support Mgr.
* Presales Dept.
* Security Dept.
* Customers.
Main and Operational Responsibilities:
* Contribute in achieving the team objectives and goals
* Deploy, configure, manage and monitor productivity solutions
* Deliver enterprise projects and deliverables
* Design, size, scope solutions projects.
* Develop WBS for projects and provide man power estimate to deliver.
* Implement complex Infrastructure and productivity solutions at customer sites.
* Provide second level of support for the implemented solutions.
* Provide second level of support to the Junior and associates team members.
* Present solutions/products to customers.
* Develop project documentations.
* Report all assignments and activities to his/her direct supervisor.
* Develop his own technical capabilities according to the company product portfolio
Tools & Skills needed for the job:
* Vendor Certification - MCSE messaging, Office 365 and communication is a must
* Network Certifications - CCNA is a plus
Essential Educational Background & Experience:
* BSc. Degree (IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering)
* 4:6 years' experience managing, deploying, configuring Microsoft Productivity (Exchange, Office 365, S4B, SharePoint, Voice gateways , audio/video equipment) and Infrastructure services
* Very good in English language; oral and written
* Good understanding of OS platforms
