Job Description & Specification:
Key Job responsibilities:
* Accounting, bookkeeping, issue payments, assist in financial and tax audits,
* Process incoming invoices, posting transactions and ensure that internal controls are met
* Assist with the closing process (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and with the preparing of financial statements
* Analyze and summarize financial information through the ERP system.
* Assist in the procurement processes and the assets safeguard.
* Assist in generating management reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Other requirements:
* Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
* Advanced financial accounting, budgeting accounting and analytical skills
* Good communicator
* Accurate, Pay attention to details, well organized, self-motivated, Flexible thinking
* Able to work as part of a small team under tight deadlines
* Affinity with the charitable goal of the Brooke-organization
* Ability to travel locally to other Brooke clinics
* Great Cairo resident
* Able to speak and read English
* Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables
* Familiar with accounting software, especially ERP systems
