Fields of Work:
Accounting / Tax / Auditing, Finance / Financial Management
Required for an Investment company in Saudi Arabia , having investmernts in
real state income generating projects and having major share in education
company, having investment in Funds and Banks murabahah, Investment plan is
not limited to the current investment activities, they plan to develop real
estate project on prime location lands they own, and currently working with
other investors in establishing new financial companies under Saudi capital
market authority and the central bank. We have plan for investment outside
KSA.
Ø Lead the execution of M&A transactions.
Ø Ability to develop a new concepts to establishing Greenfield
projects/startup companies.
Ø Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow, pro forma merger,
precedent transaction, and comparable companies' analyses.
Ø Prepare pitch books and live deal materials, including confidential
information memoranda, management presentations, deal summary, recommendation
presentation.
Ø Analyze detailed corporate and financial information, as well as conduct due
diligence.
Ø Manage, develop and team up with other team members.
Ø To identify, prioritize, select and recommend investments opportunities that
will grow our asset base and maximize return on investment.
Ø Provide analytical support to recommendations regarding investment
initiatives.
Ø To assess the performance of our portfolio in comparison with industry
averages.
Ø At least 8 years investment banking, private equity or consulting background
with impressive transactional experience.
Ø Exposure to different sectors and industries.
Ø Excellent financial modeling and financial statement analysis.
Ø Possess strong entrepreneurial, analytical, quantitative, communication,
business writing and client-relations skills.
Academic Requirements:
Ø Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or
Accounting
Ø CFA or Master's Degree in Business Administration strongly preferred
Ø Reporting to the Head of Finance and Investment
