Job Purpose
Oversees all kinds of transactions at the warehouse. Performs all the
necessary controls. Conducts regular physical counts and reconciles real life
data with the data recorded on the system.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Collaborates with the warehouse manager on reviewing all authorizations to
receive or dispatch material and reconciles with the data on the SAP system.
2. Conducts regular inventory checks in the warehouse and ensures that the
data on the system is consistent with the real physical count.
3. Ensures that recorded accounting data is consistent with the actual
transactions that occur at the warehouse on a daily basis.
4. Manages the accounting records of the scrapping process in the warehouse.
5. Reviews all GSRs approved based on the authority matrix.
6. Compares the sales data with the inventory present at the warehouse.
7. Compares the warehouse 's balances with the actual amounts.
8. Maintains the daily billing system.
9. Records the collection (Cash, Visa and Checks) into the SAP system.
Reconciles the bank statement.
10. Performs the allocation of customers' payments to the invoices.
11. Monitors customers' account details (outstanding balances, due and
overdue amounts).
12. Ensures that clients' guarantee checks are legal and follows up on the
renewal of checks on time.
13. Drafts required reports for the taxation department, internal and
external auditors and the Egyptian Competition Authorities
14. Maintains the invoices filing system in an organized manner.
15. Prepares and submits all required reports in a timely manner.

Education and Experiences
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business
Years of Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG industry.
