of 20M+ underbanked Egyptians, who have little access to formal financial
services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone

Job Description
* Create and publish job ads in various portals
* Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
* Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
* Screen resumes and job applications
* Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
* Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 3-4 year of Experience in Talent Acquisition is a MUST, startup experience is a plus
* Ability to work with under extreme uncertainty and deal with tight deadlines
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders,and prioritize workload
* You deeply care about making an impact and improving lives
* Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook … etc.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Good written and verbal communications skills
* G-suite familiarity is a plus
