Job Description
* As Financial Analyst/Associate at blnk, you will report to the CFO and will be primarily responsible for:
* Fundraising:
* Support in the development and execute blnk's fundraising strategy.
* Construct blnk's equity story and business plan, distilling its mission and achievements into an
* easy-to-understand narrative that highlights its investment drivers, market dynamics,
* competitor benchmarking, and future business forecasts.
* Actively identify, engage and support investor discussions, both regionally and internationally,
* to attract investors to blnk's story.
* Support in the structuring and negotiation of term sheets during fundraising rounds.
* Liaise with third-party stakeholders (lawyers, auditors, among others) during fundraising to draft
* investment legal documents and oversee the due diligence process.
* Periodically report to investors about blnk performance and business forecasts, becoming the
* point of contact for their inquiries about their investment.
* Business Decision-Making:
* Build and maintain financial and decision-making models with multiple scenarios to guide the
* leadership in decision-making.
* Finding, structuring and analyzing performance and financial data through dashboards to
* oversee the health of the business and derive meaningful insights and actionable
* recommendations.
* Own periodical KPI and financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including
* variance analysis, forecasts and budgeting, and scenario planning.
* Evaluate and advise on opportunities such as acquisitions, new product launches, international
* expansion, and business model changes, whenever relevant.
* Develop an in-depth understanding and empathy with the business functions and its
* stakeholders to anticipate their needs and advise them on decision-making.
