Job Description
Responsible for telesales deals and maintaining good relationships with
customers and maintaining quality of service by following the rules and
regulations of the company. A salesperson with an effective personality should
be an excellent interlocutor with strong skills in dealing with people over
the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. They should feel
comfortable representing our company over the phone and the goal of this is to
help the company grow by attracting the clients.
Job Requirements
Above B2 English level (Writing, Speaking, and Reading) / excellent
communication skills / the ability to engage clients in conversations /
working knowledge of computer software are preferable / problem solving skills
/ grade-undergrads / age from 18 to 26.
