Internal Communication
* Lead the planning and delivery of the Viatris Egypt Internal Communications Strategy to build belief and understanding in our strategy, drive priorities and business success.
* Lead internal communications initiatives and campaigns that are aligned with local and broader Viatris goals and drive employee engagement across company.
* Owner of all Viatris Egypt communication channels in line with Viatris Global requirements.
* Develop content which provides awareness and drives action/ participation amongst employees.
* Work with Viatris Leadership team to develop comprehensive, integrated communications plans for relevant business priorities
* Develop inertnal communications content including townhall , newsletters , designs and printouts.
* Ensures all internal communications share a unified, on-brand look and feel that reflect the company's business priorities and strategy
External Communications
* Lead the development and delivery of a robust external communications strategy which is consistent with business priorities, long term aspirations and global guidelines.
* Lead external communications activities that advance Viatris's reputation across the markets.
* Partner on the execution of critical programs which drive success in our brands, specifically supporting key approvals and launch activities
* Develop external communications content including social media content, press releases, and Q&A's
* Establish a framework for external engagements through creation of country fact sheets and top stakeholders' biographies, mapping the media landscape and creating an external engagement plan in an aim to build presence and position the organization as a leader in the healthcare industry
General
* Manage day-to-day activities related to internal and external communications
* Ensure adherence to standard regional and global communications practices for media relations, employee communications, reputation management, compliance, and issues management
* Measure the effectiveness of key communications and programs, and use insights to continually evolve and improve the communications (both content and channel) used
* Successfully partner with key stakeholders across the company, namely Leadership Team members; Training, marketing and Human Resources colleagues, to identify key communication opportunities and to provide strategic communications counsel when needed.
* Responsible for onboarding new PR agencies, translation agencies when needed.
* Continuously updating company with key new trends & event that taking place in the market.
* Key strategic partner in all company internal & external events from planning, branding & communication perspectives, Act as a guard for the corporate branding for internal and external activities.
* Research and write speeches and scripts for internal and external engagements
* Support Country Media Engagement by preparing talking points and core response documents
* Develop and Implement country Social Media Strategy to engage with internal and external audiences
* support in building the internal culture across the company by creating initiatives and support employees' groups in multiple internal initiatives and events.
* Support Company involvement in major congresses and organize media seminars
Qualification & Experience
* Communication or relevant Degree
* Preferably with a previous multinational Agency experience
* Minimum experience in communications field for 3-5 years.
* Media Relations and building creative content (Videos, vlogs, podcasts, etc.) is preferred
* Arabic and English writing and editorial skills is a must, French is a plus.
* Events managements and logistics experience.
