The team you 'll be part of

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated
services. With more than ‎3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a
strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio
access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

Planning and optimization of LTE/5G Networks with our clients globally,
Network & Service optimization and Network designing, Solution selling and
consultancy, producing documents and presentations aimed at both technical and
non-technical audience.

As part of our team, you will:

• 5G/LTE Optimization Subject Matter Expert

  ‎12 years' Optimization experience

  
  

  
  


• Setting, planning and execution for the Network strategy in terms of coverage, mobility and User perspective


• Leading NPO team on a day-to-day operational aspect of a project scope


• Monitoring and analyzing LTE/5G radio Network statistics


• Maintain / improve all Radio performance KPIs


• Revising Radio KPIs formulas and defining new ones when needed


• LTE/5G Radio parameters Setting and tuning


• Provision and implementation for new features


• Handling both ways RAN Swap activities


• Network expansion and capacity studies


• Deep investigations and troubleshooting experience using various tools and techniques


• M.V. knowledge is an added value


• Preparation and execution for high level management presentations including managerial and technical details
