職 位概述

教 育和經驗要求
* 在經認可的大學取得工商管理、酒店和餐廳管理或相關專業的兩年制學位；4 年賓客服務、前臺、客房部、銷售與行銷、管理運營或相關專業領域工作經驗。
或者
* 工商管理、酒店和餐廳管理或相關專業四年制學士學位；2 年賓客服務、前臺、客房部、銷售與行銷、管理運營或相關專業領域工作經驗。

管 理酒店運營
* 與客房管理團隊合作，制定符合品牌業務戰略的運營戰略並領導其執行。
* 審查評論卡、客人滿意度結果和其他資料，以確定改善的方面。
* 評估運營團隊是否滿足服務需求並向運營團隊提供回饋。
* 與工程部和客房部參與公共空間檢查，確保客房、公共空間和後場區域得到良好的維護，且制定了預防性維護流程。
* 定期巡查建築，與員工和客人交談，以瞭解業務需求並評估運營機會。
* 與領導團隊審查評論卡的結果和客人滿意度結果，並確保採取適當的糾正措施。
* 與團隊一起制定可持續的工作流程和系統，以支援戰略的實施。
* 審查報告和財務報表，以確定房務銷售業績與預算情況。
