Job Responsibilities:
* Managing team performance daily, weekly & monthly
* Tracking, observing and monitoring all transactions made by her/his teams on system
* Deliver knowledge, updates and technical support
* Conduct coaching session's and one on one meetings
* Use and upgrade the available tools for tracking and evaluating team member's
* Interacting in day-to-day business activities with other stakeholders internally and externally
* Prepare and share performance reports and presentations
* Attend and participate in all BAU activities and meetings presenting his/her line of business performance and action plans
Requirements:
* Excellent German speaker
* Minimum 1 year experience as a team leader
* Very good presentation skills.
* Very good to Excellent English level
* Very good communication skills
* Very good problem-solving skills
* Very good Leadership skills
* Very Good coaching and handling skills
* Very Good knowledge of MS-office and Google sheets and documents are a must
* Has no commitment issues or major disciplinary action in the last year
