through ambitious market growth plans that focus on innovation, efficiency and
profitability.


We are looking for young talents like you to join our full-time permanent
positions in our MEIA Graduate Program. Your journey in this program will
consist of challenging & exciting tasks at work and your development will be
accelerated through formulation of personal development plan, local or
internal assignments and focused training programs over the course of a year.


Support the Projects Department in enlisting Jotun products in specifications
of maximum projects by developing contacts with consultants, developers and
interior designers in order to ensure Jotun's specifications are approved and
followed at all project levels for profitable sales growth.


This position will be based in Cairo, Egypt and will report to the
Specification Manager.


JOB DESCRIPTION
* Assist and influence in getting approvals on Jotun products for most of the projects in Egypt by providing necessary technical and commercial information to the sales team in order to increase the chances of securing projects which were not specified with Jotun products.
* Initiate, develop and maintain long term relationships with specifiers by regular visits, conducting presentations and attending seminars.
* Promote decorative segment products and seek opportunities for promoting other segments' products as a Single Source Solution (SSS) within specifiers by communicating other segments' information to specifiers to maximize Jotun's opportunities in various segments within the same project.
* Build up strong business network and data base with architects, interior designers and project specifiers for all categories (A,B &C) by initiating contacts to support Jotun's specifications approvals by project decision makers in Egypt market.
* Conduct technical and commercial trainings at seminars to increase Jotun's visibility and maximize sales through architect and interior designer's channels.
* Identify and map projects in Egypt market and influence the decision makers to ensure Jotun specifications are approved and securing projects for Jotun's business benefit
* Monitor construction and paint industry market status and use the collected data to support Jotun's position in market by promoting and implementing Jotun products and concepts to interior designers & architectures in order to be the preferred project partner in Egypt.
* Arrange regular meetings with leading architects, interior designers and developers to present Jotun as a Company and its products, including technical documentation on performance, features, etc.
* Present Jotun's added value and new innovative products in projects specifications by promoting its unique selling points, Special effects, New Color Trends and benefits to specifiers to differentiate Jotun in the market and increase Jotun's profits.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Applied Art is a must
* Minimum ‎3 years of work experience in Interior Designing/ Architect
