Job Description



  • Responsible for a sales target across the existing portfolio and acquisition of new relevant prospects.

  • Key KPIs include:

  • Paid customers with the agreed payment terms.

  • Recurring paying merchants' ratio.

  • Customer satisfaction / account management.

  • Deliver the requested tasks within the agreed SLA.

  • Identify new business opportunities - new markets, new partnerships, new ways to reach existing markets, or new product or service offerings to better meet the needs of existing markets

  • Initiate business through regular market calls/visits. Create opportunities for acquiring new customers from different potential sources

  • Establish, develop, retain, and deepen long-term relationships with current and potential customers.

  • Work to acquire on ground merchants across all categories.

  • Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

  • Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings to drive the opportunity into a sale.

  • Manage the relationship with the merchants and answer to their inquires & complaints.

  • Follow up on merchants' Performance and create reports indicating performance

  • Cross sell Dashop new products & features.

  • Utilizes professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education, or previous experience.

  • Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment


Personal Skills



  • Excellent communication and networking skills

  • Excellent command of English.

  • Very good leadership skills.

  • Takes high degree of accountability and reliability over his work


Technical Skills



  • ‎3-‎5 years of relevant experience with similar title.

  • A startup experience is a plus.

  • Ability to learn about products and services and transfer this knowledge to team members

  • Strong Leadership skills.

  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

  • Solid analytical skills.

  • Very good following up skills.

  • Good sales approach
