Tasks and Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and assistance for our international customers (prioritized based on time-zone).
* Contact person for technical questions from colleagues in both local and international departments (e.g. sales, marketing)
* Accurate documentation of all support cases, including customer and internal communication
* Conform to all defined communication protocols and support processes
* Actively participate in the continual improvement of products, processes, and tools by delivering constructive feedback
The following additional tasks may also arise:
* Translation of documentation or training materials and adjust to meet the regional requirements.
* Coordinate, perform and document additional services offered by Technical Support (e.g. service trips; exhibition participation; commissioning service; internal and customer trainings; creation of webinars)
* Construction and maintenance of test systems.
* Participation in corporate and department projects (e.g. CRM, Contact Center, SOS…)
Requirements
* Relevant technical education in electronics or electrical installations, including appropriate certification to work with electricity
* Knowledge of information and network technologies
* Strong work ethic and team player
* Ability to prioritise and work autonomously
* Strong Microsoft windows and office skills
* High level written and spoken English (minimum C1)
* Drivers licence
Language
* Fluency in English (spoken and written)
